Front Desk Admin

We are a small, family-owned business looking to expand our team with a friendly and organized individual for a front desk admin role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain organized calendars for the team.
  • Perform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing office supplies and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other team members and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is not required, but preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.). Can train if needed.
  • Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with clients and coworkers.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean background check.

Maintenance Technician

We are a small, family-owned business looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated individual. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance duties across several properties in the Bismarck-Mandan area.
  • Handle tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
  • Be open to learning new skills, as we provide training and opportunities to earn certifications in electrical, boiler, and HVAC systems.
Requirements:
  • Handyman skills or relevant experience in small plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean background check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to learn and take part in training and certification programs.
