Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance duties across several properties in the Bismarck-Mandan area.
- Handle tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Be open to learning new skills, as we provide training and opportunities to earn certifications in electrical, boiler, and HVAC systems.
Requirements:- Handyman skills or relevant experience in small plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean background check.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to learn and take part in training and certification programs.
Additional Information:- We provide a company vehicle for travel between job sites.
