Maintenance Technician

We are a small, family-owned business looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance duties across several properties in the Bismarck-Mandan area.
• Handle tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Be open to learning new skills, as we provide training and opportunities to earn certifications in electrical, boiler, and HVAC systems.

Requirements:

• Handyman skills or relevant experience in small plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to learn and take part in training and certification programs.

Additional Information:

• We provide a company vehicle for travel between job sites.
