Front Desk Admin
We are a small, family-owned business looking to expand our team with a friendly and organized individual for a front desk admin role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain organized calendars for the team.
- Perform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing office supplies and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other team members and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is not required, but preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.). Can train if needed.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with clients and coworkers.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean background check.
