Our Story: RJR Maintenance & Management

Are you looking for an experienced Commercial or Residential Property Management Company serving the Bismarck Mandan ND area? RJR Maintenance & Management has over 20 years’ experience in property management. We provide full service of both commercial and residential housing which includes building and grounds maintenance, lawn care and snow removal. We provide 24 hour, 7- days a week service.

Our property management services also includes: paying all bills, mortgages, collecting rents, re-renting the apartments and handling any maintenance issues that might arise on the property. Our owners also has the following specialized skills:

The Rents are put in a FDIC insured Trust Account and you would be given a monthly spreadsheet explaining monthly expenses. Any additional work/maintenance would be charged out at $40.00 per hour. Services includes paying all bills, mortgages, etc., collecting rents, re-renting apartment, home or commercial space.

FAQs

What is the deposit for a home with you?

The deposit is the same as the rent price of one month’s rent with a 6 month lease and half of one month’s rent with a 12 month lease unless otherwise stated.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, however we offer a grace period until the 4th day of the month!

How can I pay my rent?

There are several options when paying rent. You can stop into our office, pay over the phone, or click the “Pay Online” button on the website.
Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Check, and Credit Card.

I fell behind and can't make a full rent payment, what should I do?

You should first call and speak with an office staff member to let them know you are having trouble! We will set up a payment plan for you and provide a list of community groups that will help in emergency situations.
